This report is made by ETL4ALL in 3 simple steps.

1. Adding the Microsoft Excel file to ETL4ALL 3.0 (input to ETL4ALL)

This is extremely simple. Simply drag the file from the Windows Explorer into the ETL4ALL Browser Window and specify the sheet, range and orientation of the data. From that moment on, the information in ETL4ALL and Microsoft Excel are linked, meaning that if they are modified in Excel, this change is immediately reflected in ETL4ALL.

2. Generate the layout! (Microsoft Excel as output for ETL4ALL 3.0)

Result data have to be saved, preferably with the correct formatting. This is where ETL4ALL 3.0 does a great job. Specify the general layout of title, header and data section in the Excel sheet.

3. Generate the required report!

ETL4ALL generates automatically a basic report containing the required data along with the title and column headings.

You can then fine-tune the report by adding charts, graphics etc. in such a way that the Excel file looks exactly as the report you need!

Once the Excel file has been saved, the available data can be refreshed at selected intervals : daily, weekly or monthly.
